WHY COACH FOR THE DUBUQUE MINERS?
Coaching with the Miners isn't just about football, it's about being part of a fast growing, professionally run organization that values its staff just as much as its athletes. We offer:
- A Supportive and Organized environment: Clear structure, transparent communication, and a staff that works together
- Professional Growth Opportunities: Advance into coordinator positions, operations, league-level roles as the program continues to expand along side the Mid-West United Football League (MWUF). Talent and hard work are noticed here. Other opportunities continue to arise outside of both the Dubuque Miners and MWUF organizations as coaches, players, and staff have been contacted and some even have moved up to a professional level after our first season within the Indoor Football League (IFL) which is regarded as the NFL of Indoor Football!
- A Chance to Build Something Special: As a young and rapidly growing team, you'll have a real voice in shaping our culture, systems, and long-term success.
- Strong Community Presence: The Miners are deeply involved in the Dubuque community. Coaches have the opportunity to lead youth events, charity initiatives, and represent a team that is becoming a staple in local sports.
- High Standards and High Character: You'll coach athletes who are committed to growth, accountability, and raising the bar every season. Our expectations are high, but so is the pride that comes with being part of this team.
- A Pathway for Ambitious Coaches: Our program continues to push toward bigger stages, stronger competition, and a more professional infrastructure every year. Coaches with vision and drive will find endless room to grow.
