about the organization
The Dubuque Miners Organization is a community-driven nonprofit that operates the Dubuque Miners Amateur Football Program along with Community Outreach, Leadership & Development, and future Youth Development initiatives. Through athletics, mentorship, and service-based programming, we provide opportunities for individuals to grow as leaders, role models, and contributors to the Tri-State community. Our athletes, coaches, volunteers, and partners work together to create positive impact on the field, in schools, in neighborhoods, and throughout the community we serve.

The Dubuque Miners Organization exists to strengthen the Tri-State community by providing opportunities in athletic development, mentorship, leadership, and community service through our amateur football, outreach, and youth programs. We empower individuals to grow as athletes, community leaders, and positive role models both on and off the field.
