2026 season recap

year two. a major step forward.
8-3 Overall | 6-2 mwuf | playoff appearance

AFTER A 1-7 INAUGURAL SEASON IN 2025, THE DUBUQUE MINERS TOOK A MAJOR STEP FORWRAD IN YEAR TWO, FINISHING 8-3 OVERALL AND EARNING A SPOT IN THE MWUF PLAYOFFS.

tHE PROGRESS IS REAL, BUT THE WORK IS FAR FROM FINISHED. WE’RE CONTINUING TO BUILD A COMPETITIVE, SUSTAINABLE FOOTBALL PROGRAM THAT DUBUQUE CAN BE PROUD TO CALL ITS OWN.

YEAR THREE STARTS NOW.

    Open to new and returning players, all positions welcome

The Dubuque Miners were built to represent more than what happens on the football field.
As a nonprofit organization, we believe being part of this community comes with a responsibility to give back to it. Throughout the year, Miners players, coaches, staff, and volunteers work alongside local schools, youth programs, nonprofits, charities, and community organizations across Dubuque and the Tri-State area.

Whether we’re volunteering at community events, supporting local causes, connecting with young athletes, visiting schoools, or using our platform to bring attention to organizations doing important work, our goal is simple; leave a positive impact on the community that supports us.

Football gives us that platform.
Dubuque and the surrounding area gives us a purpose.
