ENTRY & TICKETING INFO
- Show your digital or printed ticket at the gate
- Re-entry is allowed with hand stamp. Hand stamp can be received at the ticketing booth located on the main concourse of the stadium
- No outside food or drink, coolers, or alcohol
Tickets are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

- Field & Facility Acquisition: Stadium rental, field usage fees, security staffing, custodial services, and even logistics at Chalmers Field
- Game Day Operations: Officials, athletic trainers, EMT support, scoreboard & PA operations, sideline staff, and equipment needs
- Team Operations & Infrastructure: Practice facility costs, equipment replacement, uniforms, helmets & safety gear upgrades
- Media, Photography & Game Coverage: Professional photography, videography, livestream support, graphics, and marketing materials
- Community & Youth Engagement Programs: Outreach events, youth football involvement, charity partnerships, and volunteer initiatives
- League & Administrative Expenses: Insurance, compliance, league dues, communication systems, and organizational development
